I was mostly going off of the page we are given where it lists:
User can create any item they have seen or can imagine and have a good idea how it functions. Short list of possibilities includes:
» Appendages (maybe? not high on her list of things she'd think of) » Armors (this would take a lot of mastery of this power, a long way off) » Barriers (low on the list since this is what her shinki is for, but emergency? or instinctive in a moment of extreme danger, ie throws up a hand and manifests a barrier/wall/shape to slow/stop a threat that caused intense fright?) » Building Creation (VERY DIFFICULT, master level power control, being able to maintain anything for longer than a few minutes unlikely) » Platforms » Restraints » Weapons - Energy bow, blade, claws (Unlikely since this is what her shinki is for)
Even more, I was looking at the section of limitations which I intend to employ:
» Constructs created out of the User's emotions may be hard to use/control. » User's creations may be useless against beings with no emotions at all such as machines. » Empath who can control emotions may be able to counter the User's creations. » Construct structural strength may be limited by the user's will. » In most cases, constructs will return back into their original state if the User becomes unconscious, leaves the proximity or otherwise loses contact/control of the item. » May be limited on how complicated constructs they can create (ie. no/limited amount of moving parts).
An additional limitation on Yona is the has a good idea how it functions limitation since she is also not from modern day and therefore is limited in her understanding of what she knows or could recreate effectively. (Because ancient Asian fantasy world)
In summary: she could channel emotions to create smaller objects - size depends on the strength/depth of her emotion but at the most she would rarely ever be able to manifest/create anything bigger than herself. One exception might be the rare instances of her burning rage witnessed in the manga, but this is something seen only a very few times when she is pushed to extreme limits in her reactions. The item lasts as long as she can channel the emotion to sustain it, which would be a very interesting learning curve for her, especially since stronger items require stronger emotions - which come quick but are difficult to maintain, but calmer steadier emotions don't make as strong an item despite the fact that she could channel it longer.
